The annual scholarship dinner is done to raise money to make it possible to offer ALL STUDENTS of the Lake Central Bands Program a chance at a scholarship in their senior year. Any student who has been in the program for at least 3 years is eligible for the scholarship. This includes all band students, guard students and drumline students.

This fund-raiser, also known as the Vice Presidents fund-raiser, has been run since 2005 and is solely responsible for roughly $26,000 in scholarships since it's inception. I think we can all agree these fine students deserve a chance to receive a scholarship and it is in our best interests, as parents, to make that happen for our kids. It takes a handful of volunteers to make this happen and if you'd like to participate in one of the most rewarding fund-raisers we do all year please contact one of our Vice Presidents and sign up to help!
